She went on to build CNH Industrial’s electric powertrain organisation from the ground up across three countries, rising to Global Vice President of Advanced Technologies and Innovations. In that role, she led hundreds of engineers across three continents through a wide spectrum of emerging technologies: AI, robotics, digital twins, advanced materials and alternative fuels.
