Completing the Chief Technology Officer Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School
A personal reflection on completing the CTO Executive Education programme at Cambridge Judge Business School — on resilience, lifelong learning, and the journey from a difficult period to a transformative milestone.

This is a personal reflection, not a business update.
About 18 months ago, I found myself in a cold and dark place I never thought I'd experience. I had built a career by working meticulously, leading from the front, and always trying to do the right thing.
During that difficult period, doubts about my future crept in, and I felt surrounded by insecurities. The world looked significantly different then. Yet, even in those moments, I knew I was real, authentic, and determined. Over the past 25 years, I've consistently invested in myself. Learning has been my anchor at every stage of my career, and I've discovered that my sweet spot, my happy place, is when I'm studying and exploring new subjects. It's never been just technical; I've delved into leadership, strategic thinking, finance, and so much more. Outside of work, I even became almost a pro-level guitar player, as well as a music recorder and producer.
Yes, it was cold and dark, but ultimately, it was only a small scratch on a much bigger canvas. That challenging time led to many positive outcomes, one of them being my current role.
One of the brightest outcomes was discovering the Chief Technology Officer Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School during those days.
After 15 months of study, I've completed the programme, culminating in a residential stage and spending my last three days in Cambridge.

I don't know exactly what the future holds for me. I'm sure there will be ups and downs — that's life. All I know is that I'll keep learning, growing, and contributing. I'll continue to be a team player, remain fair, think about the larger mission and the greater good. I'll keep leading and living with humility.
Thank you to Cambridge Judge Business School for this transformative experience.
